Description: This story narrates a boy from a poor family who used to live in Rajgarh hills. SukhdarshanTomar was enrolled in vocational education, session 2013-14 under NSQF project in automobiles at GMSSS Rajgarh, Sirmour (H.P). He was a normal student in academics, but he was very passionate in practical work during training in school, industrial visits etc. In session 2014-15 Sukhdarshan passed L-4 with 90% marks and participated in Interview conducted at GSSS Shoghi. General Manager of Mahindra & Mahindra snow view automobile Shimla interviewed him and appraised him and his trainers as well. Three years Sukhdarshan was working in Mahindra & Mahindra Snow view automobiles Kumarhatti, Solan ( 17th July 2015-22nd Sept 2018. He was getting 8000/- per month salary from his employer. He is further trained in following courses:-
• Electronics basics
• Electron technician
After working in Mahindra he quit from the job and started his venture in Giripul ( Rajgarh ) .His confidence and passion leads him to become an entrepreneur and now he is happy to work it out . As discussed with him with his automotive skills he is earning 40k -45k per month for sustaining his business model. Also he talks about the inspiration given by his vocational Trainer Mr Manish Gupta each and every time which made him successful in present scenario. We wish him all the very best.
